Dear friends
This is the final letter in this tender collection. This one returns us to the heart of it all: love that is lived in the small, true ways. A closing, but also a quiet beginning to keep living this out, in gentle, daily acts of care.
“Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”
– Mother Teresa
There is holiness in the ordinary.
The laundry folded with tenderness.
The tea made even when tired ~ even when exhausted!
The soft “I’m thinking of you” text, sent without expectation.
The brushstroke on a canvas painted with someone in mind.
The quiet courage to begin again.
Love doesn’t always look like a grand gesture.
Sometimes it looks like staying kind in the middle of a long day.
Sometimes it looks like washing the dishes slowly, prayerfully and faithfully.
This series began with a cup of water.
And maybe it ends here with a reminder:
that how we do the small things matters.
We make life less difficult not in one big act, but in a thousand humble choices.
Done with love.

✍🏻 Journal Prompt:

A Closing Prayer Whisper using this scripture;
“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
– 1 Corinthians 10:31
Lord,
Let me love in the small ways. Let every simple act become an offering. Remind me that nothing is wasted when done with love. May my life be a quiet echo of Yours gentle, faithful, full of mercy.
Amen 🙏
Friends, this final letter closes the circle but opens the door again to a life lived gently, from one small kindness to the next.
Till tomorrow I invite you to sit and let the quiet goodness that these last ten letters have settled within us.
